your personal Invitation
Unable to attend a retreat we invite you to roll your mat and join us on the beach for a happiness and energy booster.
We invite you to take a break, breathe, move and just be! Add the sea’s hypnotic sound, you get sound therapy that only nature can give you.
We invite you to bring your mat to the beach, move and breath together. Salty sea air is abundant with good negative ions that help our body absorb oxygen easier as we focus on our breathing and connection of the breath with movement.
We invite you to find your inner space, fall in love with yourself through yoga.d.
Yoga is unity and belongs to nature.
WHY BEACH YOGA?
Focusing on intentional living, we look to enrich our daily experiences with yoga to the sound of the sea naturally, putting you in a meditative mood.
Add to that, deeply breathing in fresh ocean air cleans out your lungs and boosts your energy with the rhythmic sound replicating your own breathing rhythms.
Doing yoga on the beach means more ‘added value’ to your practice—the positive effect of sea air, sunshine, and nature and the feeling of being on vacation, helps ease stress, tension, and anger, while increasing happiness, satisfaction and energy levels.
