WHY BEACH YOGA?

Focusing on intentional living, we look to enrich our daily experiences with yoga to the sound of the sea naturally, putting you in a meditative mood.

Add to that, deeply breathing in fresh ocean air cleans out your lungs and boosts your energy with the rhythmic sound replicating your own breathing rhythms.

The positive effect of sea air, sunshine, and nature, along with the feeling of being on vacation, helps ease stress, tension, and anger while increasing happiness, satisfaction, and energy levels.

You can send a message or call me, and we arrange your private beach lessons.

What level do I have to be to join Beach Yoga?
All are welcome from absolute beginner to intermediate level. 

What should I bring to Beach Yoga?
Bring your good heart, mat and sunblock if you have it or think you need it.

How much does Beach Yoga cost?
We agree together about the best price for you.

I’m only visiting Split. Can I join Beach Yoga while I am here?
You can always text me or check our FB group, Retreat in Dalmatia.

Is Beach Yoga all year round?
Not precisely; sometimes, I’m travelling and not in Split. We can always agree on the best time that suits you.

Yoga Hrvatska’s classes are excellent for relaxing, grounding and improving your yoga technique. It’s great for all levels. Doing yoga on the beach is really the best way to start your day. I really recommend it!

Yoga with Tamara in nature, by the sea, is a one of a kind experience. Not only does it help my body, it is also so beneficial to my mind and soul. Tamara is a wonderful teacher with beautiful energy. I always feel so relaxed and peaceful after the class and that is the most important asset. Tamara’s yoga sessions are an excellent start to my day. Sessions are smooth, relaxed; sometimes, some movements are challenging, but not too much. I feel that my body becomes more stable and flexible. Tamara is a genuinely lovely person, and I think her classes are indeed for all levels.
